HRV. SWISS’ vision aims at valorizing Swiss human resources everywhere in the world.
Our Mission is to provide the skills needed to develop your career, or to face a new professional challenge, by delivering training courses and providing certifications.
Our team is highly qualified and it represents an excellence in the formation field, as well as being a strong point in delivering high-level Project and Service Management consulting, improving the capabilities of our customers’ resources, so that they are increasingly valued and transformed into real business assets.

HRV.SWISS was born in 2016, as the start-up of a Consulting Company , and is dedicated to the delivery of continuous training: Human Resources Value.
We aim at improving our customers’ resources capabilities, so that they can be continually valorised and transformed in real assets.
HRV.SWISS actively collaborates with Swiss and European universities in order to improve and perfectionate their capabilities. Over the years, HRV.SWISS has developed a strategic partnership network, drawing on the expertise of many professionals, which ensures exceptional flexibility and agility in both training and consulting services.

We use other standards such as ISO 31000, ISO 21502, and ISO 26000 when adopting best practices in project and service management to achieve the objectives of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

Our clients are mainly important players based in Europe, who choose our competences, gained through an extensive experience. This experience allowed us to continuously consolidate our know-how, also supporting the creation of a working method suitable to meet specific demands from the markets.

Alberto Ciardelli

Alberto Ciardelli for more than 15 years has been delivering courses and training in the Project and Service Management fields.
He is a trainer and a SME (PeopleCert & Axelos) and has been working at universities, PAs, Ministries, Multinational Companies and other companies in different Business Areas (IT, Telco, Banks, Insurances, Automotive, Chemistry and Pharmaceutics, Military, Fashion, Aeronautical and Naval Engineering, Legal Institutes, Health industry..) mainly in Switzerland, Italy and in different European Countries.
